According to our investigation the officer from Brunei ministry came to (D’Kangen Company) Chong’s shop to test the PH level of the water produced by machine SD501 on 4th Feb. According to public health regulations in Brunei, the enforceable PH level of drinking water in Brunei is PH level 6.8 to 8.5. But Mr. Chong gave them test the water at PH Level 9.5 on that day. Therefore, they received the letter. Based on the report we received, Chong has reported to Ivy after they received the letter and Ivy is well aware about this matter. She also has guided them how to settle this with ministry of health in Brunei. Chong has just sent over the water sample to the ministry for retest and the result will be out after four days. Besides that, they also will send some information from expertise which related to Kangen water PH to Brunei Ministry of Health, we will see whether those information can convince Brunei Ministry of Health or not, and the management will consider the next step.
